We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, and purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Ridge Research agrees to a remedy for an order issue. This policy does not limit rights concerning non-delivery, incorrect or defective goods, or cancellation and refund rights for shipping delays.
